1、螺栓直徑的大小對(duì)控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號(hào)的螺栓連接付來(lái)標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時(shí)間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。

1. The size of the bolt diameter has a certain impact on the control accuracy. During construction, the same type of bolt connection should be used to calibrate the torque value, and after a period of use, it should also be inspected and calibrated.

2、工作前應(yīng)開(kāi)機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。

2. Before starting work, the machine should be turned on and idle for 3-5 minutes. If there is a large spark, abnormal sound, or unstable torque in the motor during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Do not work with a problem.

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

4、主機(jī)上的電源開(kāi)關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險(xiǎn)絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。

5、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固。

6、搬運(yùn)工具時(shí)不可提拉電纜線(xiàn)，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動(dòng)和摔碰。不用時(shí)應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。

6. When transporting tools, do not lift the cables and handle them gently to prevent vibration and impact. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If moisture is found, it should be dried in a timely manner. Do not come into contact with or store together with harmful substances such as acids, alkalis, etc.
